A long-term residence visa is issued for up to 2 years for applicants that have already stayed in the territory with a visa for over 90 days and who intend to stay in the Czech Republic for more than 6 months for the same purpose of stay as their previous long-term visa.
Documents required for the long-term residence visa application:
- Passport
- Two passport sized pictures
- Completed visa application
- Document confirming the purpose of the stay in the Czech Republic (varies depending on the visa type)
- Proof of funds (varies depending on the type residence permit)
- Proof of accommodation
- Proof of health insurance
